David has been working in commercial property markets for over 10 years and is an extremely well known and highly respected name in the London commercial and surveying property market. David also runs the well-established retail and leisure agency Cedar Dean, which continues to be a leisure specialist. David has become one of London’s most senior and highly recognised consultants and demonstrates unique ability for deal creation and client liaison with the result being a compelling rate of success in his transactions.

Lee is a qualified chartered surveyor who started his career in the Allsop Commercial Auction Department over 10 years ago. He has gained extensive experience in the industry and now heads up the Rent Reform lease restructuring team.
Lee utilises his breadth of knowledge and experience as he advises on and executes strategies that seek to maximise property values and mitigate lease liabilities. He serves clients across a broad range of real estate verticals including the commercial office and retail sectors, the industrial and manufacturing markets and undeveloped and entitled land.
He negotiates and closes transactions efficiently and effectively and has an excellent reputation for consistently agreeing deals which suit all parties.
