Superdrug is the second-largest beauty and health retailer in the UK, currently operating over 900 stores in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. They currently have 226 in-store pharmacies after recently opening new stores in the Republic of Ireland.
Rent Reform acted for the landlord to give Superdrug a new lease where their current lease was due to expire. We negotiated a new 10 year term, at the same passing rent with a 12 month rent free period drawn up with immediate effect.
